Scheduling & paying:

 We require a deposit of 50% of the cost of your service(s) in order to secure your place. After your appointment, you simply pay the remaining 50%. Should you need to cancel, just give us 48 hours’ notice and we’ll refund you and help you reschedule.

Before your visit:
  • Style your hair as you usually do, including with your own products (but avoid using too many!) This helps us get a sense of the “real you” in terms of your style approach and hair type.

  • Don’t tie hair in a ponytail, up in a bun or any style that stretches or changes your curls. We need to see your natural curl pattern.

  • Make sure your hair is tangle-free.

  • Make sure your hair completely dry.

Before your visit:

If you are not able to follow the above pre-visit instructions, or prefer that we wash and “pre-style” your hair to get it ready for your cut, we can do this for an additional charge. But please do speak to us beforehand to book extra time for this service, or you may lose your appointment slot and be charged a missed appointment fee.

Missed or late appointments:

We understand Curl Friend – things happen and you may not be able to make it to your scheduled appointment. Please make sure to cancel 48 hours in advance or you will lose your 50% deposit. Please note that while we do our best to accommodate all of our clients, if you arrive more than 30 minutes late you may also be subject to a loss of deposit if we are not able to fit you into the schedule without disrupting other client’s appointments.
